Abstract

A presentation on using lazy, pure programming in Haskell can be used for performing geodetic algorithms and data manipulation for reliable navigation in remote environments.

The audience will be given an introduction to GPS, the OpenStreetMap project and the GPS Exchange (GPX) data format.
